Who’s your Guardian Angel?

O Sensei has a guardian spirit, ‘Sarutahiko O-Kami’, also known as the Guardian Deity of Aikido.
Makes me wonder, who is my guardian angel, deity, facilitating my sixth sense, third eye?
So who’s your guardian angel, do you have one, know one to begin with? And how does having one or not having helped/ impeded you in your life and spiritual growth?

  1. Good question, thought if I were to have a “guardian” I think at the moment I’d keep it to myself.

My life has been one that has had some…trauma in it so having a “guardian” is a new concept to me. To answer your question I don’t know if I have one.

It’s funny, I don’t see many Chinese people training in Aikido, how long have you trained in it?

    • hi there,
      Thanks for reading my blog.
Aikido is a global phenomenon, practiced regardless of race, language or religion. from my geographical location, I don’t see a lot of people of other races practise Aikido other than Asians. Simlilarly, if i were in Europe, I would find little Asians doing Aikido there. Its the location, not the art.
Hope to hear more from you soon!
Usually people asks me how long I’ve practised, usually my reply is ‘Long enough’. It doesn’t matter how long I’ve come, it doesn’t matter how long i still have to go.
