Teflon Aikido

We all know what teflon is, that non-stick coating for pots and pans.

We have to develop our skills as such that our uke cannot stick to us, or more conceptually, their intents does not stick to us. We need to train like teflon, and meet our attackers gracefully.

Not an ounce of trouble or harm sticks to us.
