Aikido is Equilibrium-addendum

I gave a thought about this post a couple of days back and realized that once you can achieve that the moment you can achieve that equilibrium, you need not wait for the hand to travel until that point of not moving forward anymore and has yet to drop. As in the context of a Shomeuchi strike.

Once that equilibrium is attained, you do not have to wait. equilibrium is equilibrium.
